Prof G P Dureja started Pain Management services at AIIMS in 1986 and developed it to the highest international standards. He later started Advanced Pain Management techniques at the Pain Clinic at AIIMS – the first of its kind in India. After serving for more than 20 years at AIIMS, Prof Dureja set up a ‘State of the Art ‘ specialized Pain Management Centre –Delhi Pain Management Centre at New Delhi.
